“The view of the Baha'i Shrine and Terraces on the slopes of Mount Carmel in Haifa, is the reason why we booked this accomodation. My 82 year old mother stayed in the bedroom, and I slept on the couch. Everything about this accomodation is artistic and thoughtful. There are two toilet facilities and hand basins, and a mirror in the entrance hall, so two people can easily get ready in the morning or use the facilities in the middle of the night if need be. Overall, we absolutely loved staying here, and hope to return in the future.”

“We stayed with our dog for one night. The apartment has an authentic Haifa charm and a stunning view of the Baháʼí Gardens. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main street of the German Colony and being on the third floor gives a nice sense of privacy.<br/>The main challenge was the staircase leading to the apartment. The stairs are extremely steep and uneven, which forced us to carry our large dog in our hands up the stairs, as it couldn’t climb them on its own and kept slipping down. This made climbing and carrying the dog very difficult and risky. We don’t think this setup would be suitable for elderly guests, people with mobility limitations, or anyone traveling with pets, as accessibility is very limited.<br/>Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the kitchen sponge was used and unpleasant. With a few small improvements and clearer expectations, including transparent info in the listing about the staircase condition, the stay could be much better.”

“נהננו מאוד מהשהייה בדירה שהיתה מתוחזקת ונקייה אבל היו מעט נקודות לשיפור כמו ספוג כלים מלוכלך מאוד שנשאר במטבח, קפה שנשאר בכיור. היה נחמד לקבל גם שטיח למקלחתועוד כמה גלילי נייר טואלט.<br/>הנוף יפייפה והמיקום מושלם.<br/>שימו לה שהמקום לא נגיש לעגלות או לאנשים עם מוגבלות כלשהי משום שיש מדרגות מאוד מאוד מאוד תלולות וצרות בכדי להגיע לדירה.”

“Great location, very friendly and responsive host, the place is as expected, mostly. <br/>Stairs can be challenging for elders or travellers with little kids. <br/>Missing hanging chair on the balcony ( appears on the photo) <br/>Overall, good place, cozy and authentic.”

“הלוואי שיש גם תרגום למען יקראו ויראו :)<br/>הדירה הייתה נהדרת. מיקום מעולה, חדר נקי, מאובזר במדיח, כיריים וכו'. באנו בשביל המרפסת והנוף ואכן - הייתה מרפסת והיה נוף. כיף חיים גדול.<br/>לא היו מגבות מטבח/פנים כלל, קצת הפריע אבל לא עד כדי כך.<br/>מיקום מעולה וסך הכל באמת אחלה.”

“הדירה במיקום מצוין במושבה הגרמנית ועם נוף לגנים הבאהיים. לצד זאת הדירה קטנה ובמצב תחזוקתי נמוך (כסא חצי שבור במרפסת, מגירות מטבח מלוכלכות, מקלחון עם עובש והתקלפויות). הספה הנפתחת קשה והדירה מאד מוארת בשעות הבוקר.”

“יחסית למחיר הגבוה יחסית, הדירה מאוד בסיסית וגם השירותים בדירה. לדוגמא, לא היה מלח ופלפל במטבח. נאלצנו לצאת לקנות ביום שישי בערב.”

“מיקום מצויין ממש מטרים מהשדרה הראשית במושבה הגרמנית. דירה נחמדה ודי מרווחת. נוף מדהים לבהאיים. החסרונות- מדרגות תלולות מאוד לדירה, וחלקים קטנים בקירות היו עם קילופים. אבל סך הכל מקום נחמד מאוד שענה על צרכינו.”

“דירה נקייה ומסודרת, צופה לנוף מקסים. מיקום מעולה, המון מסעדות באזור. גרם מדרגות תלול בכניסה.”

“Rom is an absolutely superb host. His space is in the perfect location, clean, beautiful and very well kept. Clear instructions, easy communication and super friendly vibes. Absolutely no complaints, would definitely repeat when I'm around again. Definitely consider staying with here! He made my time in TLV much better and was very helpful.”

Communication was easy.<br/>Location is excellent, just in the centre of the German Colony.<br/>The apartment is located at the top of very steep, irregular stairs- may not be convenient for everyone and should be noted...<br/>Kitchen is very very basically equipped, and cleaning could have been better to our taste but overall good value.”
